What does a training session entitle me to?
The session covers a full hour with one- on-one training from our certified training staff that includes flexibility, cardio, and weight training with our state of the art equipment.
Is there a contract and if so, can you give me the terms?
At LIFT Fitness and Wellness, you’ll find that there are no hidden terms and fees. No sign-up fee, no facility fee, and no equipment to buy. When you decide to join LIFT Fitness and Wellness, you have an initial commitment and then sessions can be purchased at the client's discretion.
Do I have to be in great shape to join LIFT Fitness and Wellness?
NO! The reason you join is to get in better shape! The LIFT Fitness and Wellness programs are designed to increase your current level of fitness, no matter where you are at this point. We understand that everyone has their own starting points and are experienced in accommodating clients regardless of their fitness backgrounds.
How are the training sessions structured? Can a friend and I workout together? What should I wear?
The session structure is tailored to your individual needs and goals. Every session is personalized to keep you on the path to achieving your fitness goals. Friends can workout together; we actually encourage group sessions to keep it fun and a way to stay motivated. Group sessions allow for multiple people to workout together at a lower price than an individual session. Most clients wear just your normal athletic apparel and tennis shoes. Anything that you feel comfortable in to workout is appropriate.
